Mikko is the cheerful type and is inspired by the realism of daily life: rainy days and soaked sneakers just make him smile. His absolute preference is for photo reportages which convey a story in a visually interesting way.
Born and bred in Jyväskylä, Mikko was led into the photography profession by his hobbies. Mikko eagerly snapped his hobbies, snowboarding and fly fishing, and his first published pictures were seen on the pages of hobby magazines. Now he has many years as a professional photographer behind him, both in Finland and internationally.
Mikko enjoys sports and in his free time, he likes walking and running in nature. He unwinds from work with his family and friends.
