Insurance company Turva's new visual world

What brings an insurance company's intangible product to life? Emotional, domestic imagery, of course. We defined a new visual world for Insurance Company Turva and organized shoots that produce content to melt even the hardest heart.

An imagery that naturally conveys warmth, peace of mind and life's small moments of happiness. The images need to fit different themes, seasons, materials and channels. How is it done?

After joint workshops and thorough consideration, the plan was crystal clear. To our delight, we also got the green light for Turva's photo productions. We organized home, office, remote work, summer, winter, leisure and traffic shoots for Turva, and took care of photo productions from start to finish, without forgetting the details.

 

What should those considering an image renewal keep in mind?

Invest time and dive deep

It's worth reserving time for an image renewal, and also being prepared to invest it in internal work.

"The workshop work was rewarding and an interesting experience for all participants. The work was efficient and clearly guided."

"Beyond that, we also did a lot more at Turva. We considered our image needs and style preferences, commented on Keksi's shooting plan, and selected models and shooting locations. We chose the images we wanted for post-processing, and organized the finished images into our own system so that using them would be as easy as possible."

The image renewal was part of Turva's brand renewal, which was based on Turva's values: Straightforward – Responsible – Smile, you're at Turva!

"We considered image themes from the perspective of our own needs. As an insurance company, it was clear to us that safety-related matters are especially important. Insurance is intangible, so we wanted to convey in images the everyday peace of mind it brings. We sought relatability by photographing what you might call our ordinary customers."

All ideas, wishes and themes are worth carefully collecting and communicating to the creator.

"The internal review of image needs opened our eyes to how extensive an image renewal ultimately is. For weeks, we collected and documented things that most commonly create image needs. We created packages from which Keksi could build efficient shoot days."

Involve more than just marketing people

"We brought more than just marketing and communications professionals to the workshops. This way we got valuable insights from different parts of the organization and also learned from each other."

Make sure you have chosen the right one
