High quality brand images

Creative vision and international experience

Visual elements, especially images, are a central part of the B2 Impact brand. Through images, the renewed brand's first steps in the market became concrete both for our own staff and target audiences. Keksi was responsible for creating the brand image library.

Interview with B2 Impact Head of Marketing Kyösti Hagert and Head of Group Communications Ida Marie Nygård.

What is B2 Impact and why Keksi?

"B2 Impact is Finland's second-largest collection company and one of Europe's leading credit management companies. Our headquarters is in Oslo and our company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. We employ about 1,700 people. Our mission is to build a healthier economy through our operations.

In September 2023, we transitioned from B2Holding to B2 Impact, and in October 2024, we also adopted our long-time owner's name in Finland. This was a natural continuation of our strategy: we want to operate as one brand across all our markets.

As part of the brand renewal, we needed a unified brand image library. One that works in all markets. This is where Keksi became crucial help for us. Keksi designed and produced B2 Impact's new brand images, and we also created new brand-aligned portraits of our Finnish management team and sales team. The package also includes guidelines that enable us to produce unified portraits in other countries as well."

How did Keksi convince you?

"From the start, we felt we could trust Keksi's creative vision, international experience and strong project management. A major brand renewal across multiple markets simultaneously required a partner who could handle all phases of the project. With Keksi, everything went smoothly and we could focus on our own part.

Of all Keksi's photographers, Katri Lehtola was exactly the right choice for us. Her expertise and signature style fit our brand perfectly."

What was the collaboration like?

"Collaboration with Keksi was straightforward, transparent and friendly from the start. Conversations were open and honest, and all important matters were handled carefully. At no point did we encounter unpleasant surprises. Throughout the process, our wishes were listened to carefully and our questions answered clearly. Keksi proposed several different solution models, openly explained their pros and cons, and helped us understand how our choices would impact the final result.

Keksi's cost estimate held in all respects, and there were no unexpected costs. We recommend that others in a similar situation discuss the available budget openly from the start. Then responsible photography production professionals can suggest the best possible execution method."

Did the result meet your expectations?

"The images Katri captured are exactly what we wanted: her creative approach and genuine connection with people through the camera bring precisely the expression we hoped for to our renewed brand. The images fit excellently with our new visual identity, which was designed on the other side of Europe."

What would you recommend to others considering collaboration with Keksi?

"Keksi's strength lies in their project management and production expertise. They don't just create beautiful images, but ensure the project runs without unpleasant surprises and the result is high-quality — artistically, visually and in terms of communication."
