Visualizing Etra's service attitude
Etra's image concept shaped the company's unique service attitude into visual form. In the versatile hybrid production, images and videos speak the same, impactful language.
Etra wanted to create a unified brand identity for their company and develop their marketing more purposefully than before. We dove into the task with enthusiasm: it's always an engaging challenge to crystallize a brand's essence and consider how a company's potential and value propositions can flourish through visual storytelling.
It's all about the concept
How is a brand identity actually created? We dare claim that conceptualization ability is one of our superpowers. The most important thing is to delve into the brand's core: determine what the company represents and what kind of value it creates for its customers. Once that vision is achieved, all that remains is to consider how to execute the whole. Well-done groundwork ensures the result is impactful and the goal is reached smoothly.
Collaboration with Etra also began with workshops. We explored their competitive advantages with the client and how visuals could support achieving desired brand perceptions. As a result of our joint brainstorming sessions, the brand's core crystallized into a distinctive image concept. The entrepreneurship at the heart of Etra's values and the company's unique service attitude were brought out through strong portraits, where the company's staff and a host of models selected from the model bank performed in service roles.

Hybrid production pays off
During shoot days, both brand images and short video clips designed for digital marketing needs were filmed simultaneously. The carefully planned package, executed with a so-called hybrid concept, also offered the opportunity to create a brand film for customer communications. Executing a comparable package as separate productions would have been considerably more laborious and expensive.
Our hybrid concept has proven successful, and no wonder: when photo and video productions are scheduled for the same shoot days, production costs increase quite moderately, but client benefits double. The identity also becomes genuinely unified when video clips are shot from the same situations as the photos.
Sustainable partnership
Much can be achieved by clarifying visual identity, and Etra is a living example of this. The image concept, which drew strongly from the company's values, clarified the brand into something distinctive and elevated marketing to a new level. At the same time, the images and videos created a strong and unified visual world that provides an excellent framework for future photo productions as well. We're already looking forward to our next joint projects!
